Design Process
| Initial Consultation |
| At the initial consultation, the project specification will be discussed and we will inform you completely of the available technologies and available solutions in a non jargon manner. We will discuss domain names, hosting plans and possible website structures. |
| Costing / Work Plan |
| Based on the initial meeting, we will develop a proposed costing and work plan for the project. Based on this proposed costing, you will decide whether to proceed, review the plan or not to proceed. The costing will be based on requirements of the project and also the budget for the project. |
| First Draft / Proof Draft |
| Once the costing is agreed on the site structure and initial graphic design will be developed in his phase. The menu system and page structure will be designed and the generic look of the site will be developed. Once the initial design is signed off 25% of the total cost will fall due. The balance will be paid when the site goes live. The hosting and domain name will be put in place at this point also. |
| Website Build |
| The entire website will the be constructed and any e-commerce, administration functionality tested fully. and again the site is presented to you for final review. |
| Final Draft |
| This tweaking period is used to solve and design of functionality issues prior to the site going live. The final version of the site is created in this phase. |
| Roll Out |
| Your site is rolled out and set live. This makes the site available for anybody on the internet to see and use. The site is then ready for promotion and optimisation if you feel it is necessary. |
