Reporting Functionality

Reporting functionality is the presentation layer of your e-management system. This feature set allows you to see the data in your database in an intuitive easy to use format, similar to generating report in Microsoft Excel. All reports can be designed for download to MS Excel for offline management or in PDF format for distribution to clients or printing hard copies for filing.

For example : If your system was designed manage clients for you business and your system kept track of the status and value of each client - a report could be de singed based on the total value of new customers over the last six months. Using the Sports Club example, reports could be designed to print off membership lists, results, player profiles, scoring stats etc.
